The challenge

What had to become easier.

Used-cooking-oil collection crosses several people, locations, and evidence points. Paper-based requests, dispatch, weights, signatures, vehicle movements, centre stock, and reports make it difficult to know what happened, who approved it, and which figures are official.

The solution

The system we delivered.

We built one role-secured platform around a single Collection Job. Shops request collection, administrators verify and dispatch work, drivers complete a mobile evidence workflow, and approved deliveries flow into an append-only inventory ledger and auditable management reports.
