The challenge

What had to become easier.

Foreign workforce and domestic-help services involve long-running cases, sensitive documents, multiple companies, payment histories, and frequent status questions. Managing that work manually creates avoidable delay and uncertainty.

The solution

The system we delivered.

We connected a service-led public website to a secure operations portal. Teams can review clients and documents, track visa progress and finances, manage company records, and provide controlled self-service access to clients.

Delivery scope

From product thinking to working software.

Adiva's role covered the connected disciplines required to turn the business need into a usable digital product.

Service website strategy and design

Technical foundation

Built on a maintainable stack.
