The challenge

What had to become easier.

Performance data becomes unreliable when tasks, attendance, reporting lines, and reviews live in separate spreadsheets and informal conversations. Leaders need visibility without giving every user unrestricted access to the organization.

The solution

The system we delivered.

We built a membership- and hierarchy-driven system where employees record work, supervisors review the right teams, and organizations generate frozen performance records. Live operational views sit alongside controlled server-side workflows for sensitive changes.

Delivery scope

From product thinking to working software.

Adiva's role covered the connected disciplines required to turn the business need into a usable digital product.

Product and workflow design
Responsive application interface
Full-stack platform engineering
Access-control and data architecture
Reporting and export system
Operational testing and deployment

Technical foundation

Built on a maintainable stack.
